Camp Ruperto Kangleon, Palo, Leyte – The drive against Wanted Persons by the PNP PRO8 scores anew.
Operatives of Calbayog Police led by PO1 REYNALDO CAJURAO conducted operation against wanted persons at about 7:00AM on January 21, 2012 at Barangay Tabawan, Calbayog City. It resulted to the arrest of its number nine (9) most wanted person identified as ROLDAN TIMAN GACURMO, 19 years old, married, a resident of said place.
GACURMO was arrested by virtue of the Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge ROMEO TAGRA of RTC branch 32, Calbayog City for the crime of Frustrated Murder with recommended bail of P200,000.00. He is now temporarily detained at Calbayog Police Station lock-up cell for proper disposition.
According to PSSUPT ELIZAR P EGLOSO,Chief, RPCRD, with the full implementation of the PNP Integrated Transformation Program- Performance Governance System, reforms in human resources and police capability enables PNP PRO8 in sustaining and pursuing its anti-criminality operations with more vigor.
